People of all ages (18-80+) from around the world are invited to Bali to participate in a gathering designed to help shape their future as committed global citizens.
• Minimum keynote presentations
• Maximum dialogue with world leaders
• Time to network and connect
• Deep integration
• Preparation to take it back home
This program is committed to strengthening the capacities of all delegates to become more effective leaders around their own unique vision for change. Our emphasis is on YOU, the participant, and our design team has developed a 7- day experience with three special components:
1. Dialogue and Leadership — A variety of dialogic processes and leadership practices will be used throughout the gathering to heighten delegates' capacity for understanding in tacking challenges in making things happen.
2. Indigenous Culture — Delegates will be immersed in the indigenous real
Bali, allowing a stronger link between east-west perspectives.
Highlights include small meetings with local Balinese village leaders,
healers and youth, walks through rice paddies, rituals, special performances
and more.
3. Practicum Time — Explore how nonprofit organizations can impact the
needs of a country still facing extreme poverty. Optional opportunities to
do field work, try out newly-acquired facilitation skills and other hands-on
experience will be offered during a two-day period.
